Resilience Project
Skipton Primary School delivers the Resilience Project curriculum to all year levels from P-6.
This curriculum is a key component of the school’s approach to health, wellbeing and developing the whole child.
The school has regularly been highlighted for its work by TRP.
It continues to be a learning area this is highly valued at Skipton Primary School.
Physical Education
Physical education is an integral part of life here at Skipton Primary School.
In Term One, the school delivers a two-week intensive swimming program.
In Term Two, winter sports holds our attention with regular footy and netball practice for the older students.
Later in the year, Athletics Days, Summer Sports Days, Cross Country events and carnivals are all terrific community events that provide a wide variety of opportunities for students.
In the later months, Cricket is king here at Skipton. The school has won a number of state titles in the sport and is looking to continue that legacy into the future.
Respectful Relationships
Respectful Relationships is being rolled out at our school in 2025.
